The Ruvo 1275 Door Assembly Machine provides a fast and accurate method of assembling both side jambs, header and door into a pre-hung unit. This machine is fitted with four fastener tools; one at each corner with variable index firing features. The frame header can be inserted at either end of the machine. In addition, proximity sensors automatically adjust the machine for left or right hand door thus eliminating manual turning of doors for right and left hand assembly.

THREE AXIS CLAMPING:
The three axis clamping system provides accurate and even clamping every time. Flat or Split jambs are clamped securely from the side, top and ends.
