The RUVO 2002 Door Loader is designed to be used in conjunction with the and the Ruvo 9600 Door Lite Cutter. The machine handles loading tasks quickly and intelligently.  Doors picked by the house lot are placed on skids and moved into position adjacent to the Ruvo 2002 door loader.  Next the machine gently lifts a door from the top of the stack and places it on the input table ready for processing.   Then, upon receiving a signal from the 930 processor, the loader automatically injects a door on the input table simultaneously ejecting the just processed door from the 930.  The gantry then prepares to lift another door.

MAR PROOF CLAMPING
The 2002 loader employs a mar-proof clamping system which automatically adjusts to almost any type or door size.

PROCESS CONTROLLER
All machine functions are controlled with a highly intelligent process controller which enables:
Automatic inter-link with the Ruvo 930 Full automatic or manual mode
Increased machine versatility
Approximately 45 second cycle time

DUAL CHAIN DRIVES
